do you have any specific examples?

to the best of my knowledge, there have been no changes to the process. just that some uploaders are too lazy / uninformed to correctly fill out ALL the fields when importing shows the first time, so the mp3's / stream files that get made are just the raw file names because the uplaoder doesn't put in the song names during importing. even if they go back later and fill out the form, the files do not have the names in the id3 tags or the streaming m3u files.

to fix this, if you are the uploader, you need to go to the show, go to the item manager, 'checkout' the show, delete the mp3 / ogg / m3u files .. 'checkin' the show and then make sure the metadata file is full filled out in every field. then hit 'submit' and update it. then hit the 'derive' button. this will tell the system to make fresh mp3's using the names you have put in.

good luck! and thanks for being sharp with the QA/QC!

Yes it seems some uploaders don't know any better or are lazy... Recently I have seen numerous posts that are missing this info
